• 5-7 groups per day: Some group sessions are on the heavier side, whereas others are fun and lighthearted. Group sessions give you the chance to establish a sense of community, process and share experiences, and learn new recovery skills. 
• Individual therapy sessions: Individual therapy sessions allow you or your loved one at Align to focus on their individual goals with the help of an assigned therapist. These private sessions are an important addition to therapy groups. 
• 3-5 outings per week: Align Recovery takes residential clients on 3-5 supervised outings per week. These include fun outings, like hiking, bowling, or mini golf, 12-step meetings, and wellness walks around the neighborhood. 
• Family therapy: When possible, family involvement is strongly recommended in the addiction treatment process. Our family program includes a weekly Zoom meeting on Wednesdays at 6 PM, and we encourage mediated therapy sessions with immediate or extended family members, assuming all wish to participate.
