Collection of Information

We collect information about you, and your devices, when you use our Services. The information we collect about you through our Services is primarily information that you provide or information that we automatically collect.

Third-Party Links

Our Services may contain links to third-party websites that we do not own or operate. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party websites.  Please check with other websites operators about their privacy practices and policies.

Security & Retention

We maintain industry-accepted digital, procedural, and physical controls to protect the PII collected when you use our Services. However, no security controls exist for safeguarding information sent over the Internet that are 100% guaranteed to be unbreakable.  As a result, transmitting information to us is done at your own risk.

We may keep your Personal Information for as long as needed or permitted in respect to the purpose(s) for which it was obtained.

Response to Do Not Track Signals

Some browsers include the ability to transmit “Do Not Track” signals. Since standards for “Do Not Track” signals have not yet been adopted uniformly, we do not currently process or respond to “Do Not Track” signals.

Privacy for Minors

We do not knowingly collect or maintain PII from Minors (people under the age of 18), and no part of our Services are directed to Minors. If you are under 18, please do not provide any PII while using our Services.

California Residents

This section is for California residents and supplements our Policy. It explains how we collect, use, and share your PII and how to exercise your rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). (“Consumers”).

As used in this section, “Personal Information” means information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, to you. Personal Information does not include publicly available information; information that is aggregated or de-identified; information excluded from the CCPA’s scope, like health or medical information covered by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) and the California Confidentiality of Medical Information Act (CMIA), or personal information covered by certain sector-specific privacy laws, including the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FRCA), the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), or California Financial Information Privacy Act (FIPA).

Under the CCPA, you have the following rights:

Right to Know. You have the right to request information about the categories and sources of Personal Information we collect, our purposes for collecting the information, and the types of third parties that receive that information.

Right to Request Deletion. You have the right to request that we delete the Personal Information that we have collected about you, subject to certain exceptions.

We may deny your request if keeping the information is necessary for us or any applicable third party to: (i) to complete the business purpose for which we collected the Personal Information, provide a service that you requested, take actions reasonably anticipated within the context of our ongoing business relationship with you, or otherwise perform our contract with you; (ii) to make other internal and lawful uses of that information that are compatible with the context in which you provided it; (iii) to comply with a legal obligation; or (iv) to detect security incidents, and fraudulent or illegal activity.

Right to Opt Out. You have the right to opt out of the sale of your Personal Information, and to request information about whether we have sold your Personal Information in the past 12 months.

Right to Non-Discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights. However, in some circumstances, for example where you have requested or consented to our services that use your Personal Information to provide the service, we may not be able to provide a service if you choose to delete your Personal Information.

Please note that to protect your information and the integrity of our Products, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request. Only you, or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your Personal Information. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child.

  8. Audio or visual Information, including photos and videos
  9. Professional or employment information, if you choose to provide it (e.g., job titles; location of employment or workplace; work history)
  10. Non-public education information, as defined in the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (20 U.S.C. Sec. 1232g; 34 C.F.R. Part 99).
  11. Information derived from other Personal Information about you, which could include your preferences, interests, and other information used to personalize your experience.

The categories of sources from which we collect Personal Information are described in detail in the “Collection of Information” section of this Policy and the purposes for which the categories of Personal Information may be used are described in detail in the “Collection of Information” and “Use and Sharing of Information” sections of this Policy. We may also use any of the categories of information listed above for other business or operational purposes compatible with the context in which the Personal Information was collected.

Policy Changes

We reserve the right, without notice, to update this Policy over time.  Changes to laws, new findings, additional features and other factors that affect our services may drive these updates. Any amendments or modifications to this Privacy Policy will be updated on our website and will become effective immediately upon being published.
